Best physical therapist I’ve been to, and I’ve seen over half a dozen in my life. She and her staff of PT’s are hands-on, whereas others tell you to do an exercise 10 times and then disappear. She solved my sciatica and gave me at-home exercises and posture tips for maintenance. She is smart and honest. And you can return there to exercise and stretch for ongoing maintenance.
