The staff in person are always very nice and helpful. However, when I call to make a phone appointment the staff is not helpful. They say they will call me when an appointment comes available or the "system" will notify me which has never happened. When I go in person to schedule there are no issues. I shouldn't have to go in person to schedule an appointment.
