Negligence
The manager is rude nasty & very unprofessional to patients! It's been a month since they sent my frame out to have my Rx filled. I called them 5/5/22 to find out when I would get my glasses because I have no sunglasses to protect my eyes. The manager told me that my frame got broken when they were trying to put the Rx into the frame. I asked her when were they planning on telling because I'm without glasses & sunglasses. She yelled at me & said I'm telling you now!!!! Also I have not gotten a call back from the doctor per my request to resolve this matter.
