I had a visit with this individual to get a script for a steriod cream to treat a small amount of dermatitis. After showing the NP the affected area, she suddenly began conducting a physical exam. When I redirected her to the problem area, she became somewhat indignant. In my opinion, Ms. Steffens needs to improve her interpersonal skills, especially her listening skill.
