I was seen by Yvonne Howell for the first time today. The Urgent Care center is a busy and often crowded facility, yet I was treated with respect and sincerity as though I were her only patient. She listens, is non-judgemental, and gained my trust immediately. It has crossed my mind to investigate changing primary care physicians, and she would be on my short list of candidates. In only a few moments together on a busy day for the staff, Yvonne became my ally in fighting my ailment. Bravo!
