My experience with this physician's assistant, which spanned over 5 years and two different practices, regrettably fell far short of expectations. The provider consistently displayed a lack of respect and professionalism, which had a detrimental impact on my health.One glaring issue was the recurring confusion regarding the pharmacy to which my medications should be sent. This administrative oversight led to medication delays and interruptions, compromising my well-being. It is disheartening when a healthcare professional's lack of attention to detail can have such a profound impact on a patient's health.In light of this experience, I urge future patients to be vigilant about their patient rights, as outlined in Medicaid or insurance handbooks. It's vital to understand and assert these rights, ensuring that we receive the level of care and respect that we rightfully deserve.P.S. I know my chart shows my birthday is only in days. I guess this was my birthday present.

Zach is great - at diagnosing symptoms, making recommendations and talks to you like you are a person in a really relaxing manner.

Zach was thorough, kind, and prompt. He noticed an issue and immediately recommended a strep test. He also offered a flu vaccine. He went above and beyond in his care!
