When I brought my son in for a deer tick bite, Nurse Ogwang was dismissive to my concerns about his standard protocol in treating my child for Lyme's. He was arrogant and condescending when I mentioned others I knew that have suffered severely from Lyme's. When I called the next day to request the additional 11 days of doxy now in addition to only the 10 he prescribed, he was rude to my husband, and we now have to pay an additional office visit to see my son's primary doctor.
