Grateful For Him
I am grateful for Zach Alrdridge. He helped diagnose my adult adhd which was previously misdiagnosed as a vague 'mood disorder' and after seeing multiple other psychiatrists in my life. He has always been pleasant and sincere and helpful.

When I disagreed on Zach’s treatment plan and explained I know my own body and what works best for myself. He screamed I’m an ADDICT! My husband just walked in and heard. Before that his nurse forced me to turn around on scale to look at my weight which very much triggered me, since I have had eating disorders throughout my life; which Shirley was fully aware of. Their boss Ms. Ronnie Frabit talked as though she didn’t believe me. Further questioning me, trying to make it as though it was my fault, talking to me as though I was dumb. She also gave me the opposite psych I willing agreed to try one more time. I have been going there for twenty years. My body is my own and I have every right to discuss treatment. Even my husband had just walked in and whitenessed the whole phone conversation. Zach screaming that I’m an ADDICT. This is abuse to a lady looking to Valley for mental health help. And Zack has called me an ADDICT, like a crack addict!! From never even taking street drugs…
