Zach is very personable and knowledgeable about his field. He incorporates his patients' lifestyle into their home training regimen and is amenable to 'change things up' as needed. One of Zach's best qualities is that he ensures that his client knows as much as possible about their injury and recovery by having the client explain, in detail, what they're feeling during different activities and how to best overcome challenges. In my case, we were working toward rotator cuff recovery, but he was willing to hear what other concerns I had; when I told him I wanted to work on my core and balance, he gave me exercises to achieve that goal. In all, it was a pleasure to work with Zach. When I visited my orthopedist for my last follow-up, he expected me to be 75%-80% healed; it was his opinion that I am 95% healed. There's no better recommendation than that!
