I had been divorced for a few years and was at the end of another relationship. I was trying to figure out who I was again as an individual outside of a relationship. He recommended self authoring as a way to do that. At times, I can cause our sessions to be all over the place. He listens, provides valuable feedback, makes recommendations and resources which get me to a better place. I leave our sessions with tools and advice that help me better cope and feel better about myself. He's a great listener as well to my rambling. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone that needs a solid therapist.
