He doesn't care.
Zach isn't a terrible doctor. He doesn't seem to care very much, and his recommendations to me never helped my illness in the 8years I've been seeing him. Nice enough guy, just doesn't seem like he cares to be there which is concerning. He didn't really help me out but I can see where he might be able to help others. I will say, do NOT go see this man if he is still at Westminster Internal Medicine. That practice is TERRIBLE. Not only did they fail to charge me for the right amount EVERY SINGLE TIME I visited, but they will absolutely hound you for months over the $0.43 you owed them, and then send you to collections for it if you happen to miss the one or two calls they try to make. Zach? Not too bad. The practice hes at? The worst I've seen.

I've been seeing Zach Smith for over 5 years now. He is proof that a P.A. can be as good as, if not better than most doctors. Very thorough and does a great job discussing your history and making you feel comfortable during your visit. On the front end, the turnover rate seems high to me over the years There just seems to be a thick tension among the employees. Make sure you follow the appt. rules and regulations (arrive early, fill out paperwork etc...) or you may be called out in front of the entire office. Also, since COVID their waiting room and checkin procedure is confusing...I'll be pleased when they go back to the old system.

Too-notch PA
Zach is great! He’s very relatable and easy to talk to. He takes the time to listen and gives a thorough exam. I feel comfortable with him and I appreciate his pleasant bed-side manner. Highly recommend!

Zach is more knowledgeable than most MDs I know, and his warmth and professionalism is second to none. I have never felt more comfortable and cared for during an appointment, nor more confident in a physician.
