I've seen Ms. Verrett a few times so far for anxiety disorder, and highly recommend her especially for people on Kaiser Permanente insurance looking for a therapist. She supplements her CBT with a wide breadth of life experience to help relate to you. I really feel listened to and empathized with in my sessions.
