Horrible person doesn’t listen is very dismissive gives you worse case scenarios and was in a hurry didn’t answer any questions she is not good at what she does not a people person does not show empathy you are just another number

Excellent Provider, Highly Recommend
Often first time appointments with a new provider can be uneasy, but I was immediately put at ease by highly professional, very knowledgeable FNP-C, APRN, RN-BC Zhanna Kovaleva. She listened intently to my questions and calmly reassured me while thoroughly and competely ensuring that I understand my condition and recommendations I can use to improve an often life-threatening condition. I would highly recommended her.
