Zola Pancake-Torres, LMP

When I arrived for my appointment, Zola's office was spotless clean, with lighting and music that she adjusted to my preference, and a bed warmer available too. She was very professional and knowledgable. We discussed my pain and problem areas, and she worked on me for about an hour and a half. She ensured I felt safe and comfortable the whole time, and the massage was amazing. Better still, it received a lot of my pain, fixed one of my wrists where a small bone likes to pop out of place sometimes, and helped with a lot of the remaining tension I had from clenching a dentist chair for 2hours straight a few days prior. My body was in bad shape, she helped a ton, and showed me things I can do at home as well to stretch and care for problem areas. Her certifications lined the wall, and from talking with her she proved to be remarkably knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled. I also discovered she's on social media with videos on caring for the body- a great resource!
