Went in for a crown replacement. Told her it takes a while for the anesthetic to take on me. She didn't seem to care. While giving the shot, for whatever sick joy she had - she kept the syringe injected into my mouth for approx 2 minutes - wouldn't remove it! And when I made any sound, she would replay that 'it's only pressure, it doesn't hurt'. Shortly after giving a shot, she asked if my tongue was numb. 'Kinda, but not that much' was my reply. She said 'Good enough' and proceeded to do her dentistry. When I made and sound, she got mad and scolded me saying 'this is a business and there are other people here'. She shows NO empathy towards any other person & frequently chided her staff. As I was leaving the office 15 minutes later, I noted my side of my jaw was now completely numb.

Please find another provider. I went in for a root canal, a file was broken off in my canal, there was a change in dentist and office staff. I waited two months for my crown and had to physically walk into the office to speak with someone as the 800 number is a call center. When I complained, i was told to find another dentist…..
