Disappointed in this establishment
In the past I believe had a thorough exam and they were in my network... i even paid for an extra procedure performed during cleaning which cost out of pocket a lot of money which i was not impressed so planned not to have it done this year...plus the fluoride cost as well. This year I did not want the extra procedure nor the fluoride treatment.. and the cleaning hurt more than before and was told during the cleaning of a new toothpaste they are now selling and I declined to buy the new sensitive toothpaste. At checkout I didn't feel the friendliness I had on the past. I get my insurance bill to find out they are not in my network any longer. There was plenty of time to have notified their patients. Maybe by law they don't have to. I feel we should be informed of such matters. I feel disrespected and taken advantage of. Cost me a bundle of money that I did not budget for because I thought they were in network and counted my blessings that I refused all the extra charges!

Dr Brunetti has given me outstanding medical treatment. She is kind and caring and has a gentle touch. Her staff is friendly and professional. The office is impeccable with lovely decor and welcoming amenities. Receiving care from Dr Brunetti has always been a very positive experience.
