I saw Dr. Phan for check up and cleaning. She performed the procedures. Then she tried to upsell me with unneeded cosmetic procedures. Her dental assistant tried to pull out one of my crowns. The sooner they will pull the crown out, the sooner they will tell you that you need another crown. They will tell you that the old crown doesn't fit in and that you will need to buy a new crown from them. They send their dental assistants to do the money making business for them because they know If you will take the matter to court, the judge will tell you that a dental assistant isn't qualified to tell you anything.
