I found Dr. Mattison on my insurance's website. I scheduled a checkup and cleaning for me and my son for the next day. When we arrived, there was no one at the front counter, so we signed in and waited. We waited over 30 min before my son was called in. The dentist did an exam and x-rays, but no cleaning. He wanted to schedule him to come back on another day for the cleaning. He didn't get the services I scheduled and I didn't have anymore time to waste after sitting over an hour already.
