I called the office to ask for a record transfer, the lady said its on the website and hung up on me. This office is extremely rude and overpriced, would not suggest it to anyone !!!

Our experience at Dr. Chuong's office was . He may be a good physician but he certainly has no intention to act with a good moral character. Dr. Chuong became upset when I contacted my insurance about a nitrous oxide/ oxygen that was applied to my daughter for a special treatment. His office made me pay out-of-pocket when it was not necessary since the insurance had sent proof of coverage. Therefore, I went back to the office to request a full refund, which I ultimately received after several exchanges with the Doctor's office. This is what the Dr. emailed me afterwards "We will provide you a full refund. We will no longer contest the fees and a check will be placed in the mail tomorrow. However, the lack of trust is something we can not overlook. We feel that it is best for both parties to go our separate ways. Your daughter's treatment is complete and she does not require any future treatment appointments."Hope this helps you get an idea of what kind of person you'll be dealing with.

MY child could not be managed by another pediatric dental practice because of his lack of cooperation. Dr. Chris was able to take care of his infected teeth in a manner that was great for my son and in a cost and time effective way. Great office, doctor and staff.

My 3 kids have had great experiences at Dr. Chuong's practice. We have been patients for 3 years. Staff is friendly, office is set up well, and the doctor is wonderful with my children.

Dr. Chris is one of the most personable and gregarious doctors I have ever met. I moved to the area with my family from Boston. You tend to see more dynamic personalities in larger metropolitan areas but I am so happy I took my children to see Dr. Chris. Amazing experience - for children and their parents. Highly Recommend.

Dr. Chris is absolutely amazing! His office is clean and very kid friendly. His staff is exceptional and Dr. Chris is brilliant and WONDERFUL with the kids, even with difficult procedures like fillings, etc. (which we all know kids love!) I wouldn't take my kiddos anywhere else!
