Dr Ondrik and her staff explained each step along the way of my root canal. They did everything possible to make the procedure as comfortable as they could. I would highly recommend them!

Needed a root canal for pain in my tooth nerve. Got me in same day, and was super nice. Not my first root canal but she made sure I was comfortable, explained every step, and seemed to Faldo a top notch job.

Pain in Medina, no more! – Dec 11, 2019

Met Dr. Ondrik for the first time today. Was able to get right in after being told by my dentist that I had an abscess tooth. SHE WAS WONDERFUL! I didn't think there could ever be another dentist as gentle as my regular one but she was. After she numbed me I didn't feel a thing. It's now been nine hours and I'm still feeling great. Thank you Dr. Ondrik and staff.

My primary dentist referred me to Dawn for two roots canals. They were able to get me in the same day! Outstanding experience not only relieved my pain but made me feel very comfortable while I was there. She definitely adds the human touch.

Scare tactics, not right would think antibiotics would be first avenue, not root cannel or tooth pulled. No explaination as to actually killing my tooth. Never had a cavity or dental procedure, scared me to dealth. Made rash decision, without full explanation. No consent form to sign. Told me she usually doesn't call back, even when person is in pain from procedure. By all means get a second opinion!
