Dr. Elizabeth Micoli, DDS

I am a patient of Dr. Micoli. A few days ago I was in for my routine cleaning. The hygienist who worked on me was excellent. Unfortunately I can't remember her name. There was one question I had for Dr. Micoli, but she wasn't in that day, I was told she was busy moving. Dr Micoli, my best wishes for a smooth move. There is nothing worse than moving. Packing everything is like pulling teeth! (sorry, I couldn't resist). There was, however, a question that I forgot to ask - What can I do/use to make my teeth whiter? I typically drink two cups of coffee daily, but no tea or pop. throughout the day I drink diluted cranberry juice. It's been ten years since I quit smoking. Any advice will be helpful.

After Dr Hess retired my son had an appointment with Dr Micoli at 8:30 am one morning and she didn't get into the office until after 8:45, the receptionist stated that was her policy. Why would I want an appointment at 8:30 if the dr doesn't show up until after 8:45? I left and did not get even a phone call of apology. I found this very disrespectful. My son needed to get to school in time for a test. We are transferring to another dentist office.

Bad experience. Did not return. Found another provider.
