Scheduling delays create insurance challenges-

Appointments were spread out so far between each other that my procedure was not able to be completed before my insurance changed (1 year) and now can not be finished because my new insurance does not cover partials. Asked receptionist about it- she said talk to the doctor. Talked to the doctor- she said well if you had told me your insurance was changing 3 months ago we could have gotten it done- but never offered a solution. Sent complete overall plan/work to the owner and never even heard back. Very disappointed with the entire practice.

Office staff is very cold and unwelcoming. Policies and procedures are confusing and not followed. Cleanings and exams are rushed. Do not recommend.
