I wouldnt recommend to no one ..They never answer the phone or return calls .Went to Carmicheal office to pick up my dentures they didnt fit. So now im being advised i have to wait till Greenhaven office reopen they under reconstruction to get my dentures..Worse experience i have every had with a Dentist office

Worst dental office I have been too. They never answer their phones! They never return phone calls. They were supposed to submit a referral to my insurance to get approval for a root canal, one month later and I had to call insurance to find out they never sent it. Meanwhile I am living on Ibprophen and orajel to get through my day to day. After two weeks of trying to get answers and help from office staff I gave up and switched to a new dentist.

This dentist should be avoided! The billing people are incapable of correctly billing an insurance company. Unfortunately, the front office people are liars and unable to speak the truth to the customer. The dentist will never call you back when requested. I have dual insurance. These morons failed to bill my secondary insurance carrier and I was stuck paying the bill. When this was brought to their attention, all I received was lies from Trina, who is the billing person. Avoid these people!!
