Had a concern about a recent visit. Spoke with office manager Chris, who was very unemphatic. Instead of listening and trying to address my concerns she merely said, if you are not happy with your treatment, maybe this practice isn't for you. I was shocked! I left a message for Dr. Bloch to express my concern and he did not return my call. Will never return to this practice!!

Overall, the quality service from Dr. Bloch, Andrea and staff were magnificent. Scheduling was very flexible and convenient, as well as payment options. The various office locations makes it easy for families depending upon where they reside. A great quality was the brightness and cleanliness of the offices, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Dr. Bloch's staff possess dynamic positive blends of personalities , which makes their "Light Shine" with all their patients! Thank you very much!

This was the 5th Periodontist I've been to in my life. I'm 37. The first 3 were in Florida, where I grew up. All 4 permanent canines extracted, 4 wisdom teeth extracted, gum graft. In Pittsburgh: another gum graft, and then the joy of having a loose tooth that unfortunately ended me up in this office at the mercy of this terrible 'doctor.' I can't believe I just blindly let him rip my tooth out! He does not care about saving your tooth. He just wants it ripped out so you will have to spend liter

Dr. Bloch and his office staff are completely professional and kind when dealing with patients. I had dental surgery April 6, 2018 and it was a complete success. I would recommend Dr. Bloch and his staff to anyone needing dental work.
