Is Dr. Steines out of business?
This dentist installed my implants about 10 years go. I need access to the office/patient records to determine the hardware he used, but ther his no answer at any of the three practice offices listed. Does anyone know how to reach this practice???

I really wanted to like this office, but unfortunately, that didn't happen, I made an appointment for a consultation, and all went well. Things turned bad when I tried to get a preauthorization for insurance. Literally I waited (and called repeatedly for 3 months - no joke) to have the office person submit a preauthorization. Insurance company never received it. Either she's clueless or Dr. Steines doesn't want business. Made another appointment elsewhere. Dr. Steines is waste of time.

Dr. Steines although a very good periodontist is a money hungry person. Has little to no compassion when it comes to payments.
