Kind and patient. Does only what is needed, no sales pitch for cosmetic or unnecessary procedures. Lazer cleaning gets you in and out quickly! Sadly, I have yet to find a decent dentist since changing insurance companies; as he spoiled me against mediocre, greedy, and impatient dental offices and staff.
