I'm a veteran who came in with authorization to get a crown replaced he shot me up with Novocaine only to say I'm not replacing the crown since then I've had the crown or place and I'm doing fine he's the worst.

This place charged us multiple late and cancellation fees when we were not late and had verified cancellations. The doctor is not caring and goes out to eat with your cancellation fees. The doctor does not explain things and pressures you into unnecessary procedures.

This place is a scam. I was pressured into an unnecessary and painful procedure on my first visit. (I followed up with another dentist after the procedure who confirmed it was unnecessary)I was told I could reschedule my appointment as long as I canceled the day before which I did. Months later I got a bill for $100 for canceled appointments and charged for a treatment I did not receive. I called Dr. Ghim for 3 months straight with no return phone call. I have an active complaint with the BBB.

Excellent dentist! Very professional and friendly. He is careful in his review? and networks well with local specialists such as endodontists and oral surgeons.
Patti at the Front Desk (insurance, etc) is AWESOME and has to be the most helpful person on the planet!

I appreciate how caring and informative the staff and Dr Ghim are. They do too good of a job because I yet to have any problems with my teeth! Coming from the northwest through the orange cone zone is worth the trip for me every three months. Floss!!
