Front office was very rude. Particularly Esperanza. Our appointment was at 4:00 but we didn’t get to be in until 4:45 around that. When i scheduled my appointment for 4 she said that they have many patients but she did not mention that i was going to be in between patients. What was the point of scheduling an appointment if we’re gonna be treated as if we are walk ins? When my guardian voiced out our concerns about the time frame Esperanza gave us a very rude and disrespectful tone as a response. Very disappointing. When I went in to get my front teeth check, they only took off the stain that I was concerned of but the doctor never asked how my overall teeth was. In other words, this clinic has poor patient-doctor interaction. My concern for my front teeth turned to be minor but it felt like the staff ridiculed it including the doctor.
