Disappointing Cleaning
I have been getting cleanings every four months for 50 years. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Areas that usually take a little longer to clean seem to have been passed. I questioned the hygienist about her passing over the area and she that she addressed it and that I had the plaque or tartar. I will not be going back there

Office malfunctions
Used to be a good office, now it takes months to get an appointment and then they cancel or change. No consideration for the patient. Beware if you are old.

Awesome Doctor and staff!! Sorry but don't understand why people don't like / care about leaving nothing but a negative review. This team is by far anything but Excellence

Dr. Bindeman is great but his reception staff is NOT courteous at all with patients, sometimes quite nasty...even their tone of voice is like "don't bother me, just pay and get out of here" attitude.

MY eye was scratched from the dental assistant who took an xray and put the metal part on my eye. When taking it off she pushed in and now my eye is still blurry. Unprofessional. I was getting about seven thousand dollars of work done. Dentist was kind however said she had to do the work with him.
