Mean and unprofessional
His office hounded my mom to come in for a denture realignment and she didn’t want to go because the process of getting the dentures was traumatic for her, having sores and swelling and pain and couldn’t wear teeth for almost 6 months because his office was closed and receptionist quit—so many issues. It was a terrible experience for her so she didn’t want to change anything. They called her weekly and promised her everything would be okay so she relented. The adjustment was not right and she couldn’t eat, got a bad sore, was bleeding and hurting and couldn’t sleep for being so upset and in pain. She went into A-fib over the stress and her doc told us to tell Cox he said to fix it now. Cox and crew were dismissive and mean. He yelled at me and threw me out for saying mom didn’t want the adjustment and for bringing up her A-fib. He got up and left and then the hygienist said “we’re done, bye” and they just left my mom laying there in pain. We could hear them laughing down the hall.

My experience with Dr. Cox and his office was a very friendly and knowledgable experience. His staff was very courteous and helpful even going the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable and understood my dental care, as well as, their policies and procedures.

Horrible. Receptionist scheduled incorrectly. They told me they accepted my Humana insurance, than charged me bc they didn't accept it? Rescheduled twice bc doctor was not in the office. Finally went to my appt and the office was unsanitary dust, bugs, debris everywhere. Could hear the dr cussing from the chair. Super unprofessional. Ended up needing a crown and the older receptionist had no clue what she was doing. She said she didn't go over estimates and that wasn't her job. Does not matter bc this office is should be closed down.
