Dr. John Haspel, DDS

I had called the office being a new patient, verified twice with the girl in the office I was covered and good for my cleaning. I will say Dr. Haspel was great snd I was referred by a friend. I was told I needed an xray to that which I figured ok. After I left, a week later I was billed 190.00 for the visit. I was then called and have a voicemail threatening further action if not paid, Delta had only covered a portion. I was advised by a girl in their office to call Delta first and see what was happening as cleanings are normally free with insurance. I then received more calls, to that which I told the girl my issues, her response Well you could have refused the xray We still need our payment". Didnt care! I paid over the phone and told her I don't appreciate threatening voicemails when I work 3 jobs and was told false information before visiting that I was fine and covered. She said thanks for the payment and ended the call. I WILL NEVER come back or recommend! Awful, Awful Awful!

Dr. Haspel is the best and his staff is always pleasant and efficient. If you're looking for a dentist that knows his stuff, look no further.

The members of his staff are kind and efficient. Dr. Haspel does nice work and I trust him.
