He cause me extreme pain by the mistake he made in my treatment. His apology and telling me he made a mistake does not replace the front tooth (crown) he attempted to extract without rendering me novacaine. Shame, Shame, on you Toia! I am really mad at you. Why didn't you stop when I hollered. Than you tell you made a mistake. Not a good dentist.
