Office staff is unprofessional, rude and frankly incompetent. I had an appt scheduled, confirmed in writing (text) and showed up within 7 minutes of appt. (I had communicated I may be late coming from another dr. appt) office staff was harassing when I arrived and would not acknowledge they had made a mistake even though I asked them to look at my appt. confirmation on my phone. I like this dentist but have left his practice due to the rude office staff.
