Dr tran was the worst, most uncompassionate doctor I had ever seen.if I could give a zero star rating I would! he was very rough and had the worst bed side manner I have ever seen and I work in the medical field! he did not introduce him self when walking into the room the only thing he said to me was 'open your mouth' and he proceeded to grab my cheek with excess force and give me the numbing medication. he did not even tell me he was going to start he just poked me. me didn't wait for the lidocaine to take full effect, he immediately grabbed a tool and began the extraction. I immediately cried out in pain and he was upset to say the least because he had to stop and give me more lidocaine. he was excessively rough, had zero empathy or compassion,and just a downright cruel person. he has no business working with patients. I'm sorry for anyone that crosses his path.

was there for 3 extractions w/bone replacement graft for site preservation. I was nervous and inquired about nitrous, he left and returned and said the machine was broke? But that is not what I overheard ! So in my opinion he is a liar! Moving on, the numbing injections were fine on one side, on the other, it was possibly the most painful injection ever. I’m a large man and it lifted me out of my seat! Oh? Must have been close to the nerve! He said with no empathy or compassion. I considered leaving at that moment! I wish I had! He seemed to be unskilled at what he was doing. Everything had pain involved. Now 40 hours after , I am still to sore sleep, talk, forget eating anything. My lips are sore and even the adjacent teeth hurt! He left so quickly I was not able to tell him in person that I will never allow him to touch me again! I’ll remove my own stitches before he does! One star is to kind.
