Dr. Conrad is a consummate professional. Exceptional communicator, well trained and a great sense of humor. Best I have ever had, including UCLA trained dentist.

Dr. Conrad - mixed reviews
Let me start by saying, Dr. Laurie Conrad is an amazing dentist, one of the best. I have had other dentists look at the work she did, and they would go out of their way to let me know they were very impressed with her work. However, as awesome as Dr. Laurie has been, her staff has always been horrific. From behind the desk to the revolving door of hygienists, of which every hygienist just seems more horrific than the previous. Sorry, it is just not worth it any more to stay with that practice. I wish her well and hopefully she will reach out and find someone to do the hiring for her. FYI - this had been going on well before COVID issues.
