This office billed my Humana insurance with the wrong codes for my visit on Nov. 2019. When confronted with this information they submitted the claim again for the same services, which was rejected for being a duplicate for the visit. After getting Humana involved and speaking with the lady who did the billing it was supposed to have been resolved. I only owed one bite wing x ray which I was okay with. This Coast Dental office then closed. My records was sent to Sun City. Been to that location which is 40 miles away to have my teeth clean since the 11/2019 visit. On December 15 2021 I received a bill again for the Nov. 2019 visit. I'm going to hire an attorney to stop this harassment and insanity.
