It really isnt one visit. If someone is going to the dentist regularly for over 4 years and telling my dentist i have issues and pain and that dentist does everything to avoid doing her job you leave. Then she actually tells my new dentist things totally against HIPA making the new dentist nervous. I had a crowned tooth she blew off, then the new dentist did too. The tooth they both told me and ignored me with broke right off as I was flossing. Total disregard for my denta health. Shame on her.
