I don't know how someone could rate Dr. Hoang with one star. She's the best dentist I've ever had. Super hands-on, sweet, flexible, knowledgeable. I moved about 30 min away, and I still drive out of my way to get my cleanings done by her. The best!

Saw her for the first time today, and needed to have deep cleaning on two teeth. Was not comfortable with her at all. She was in a hurry, didn't want to answer my questions or concerns, as she kept saying she had another patient to see, and our only purpose was to do those two teeth. I mean for $140.00, (for deep cleaning for two teeth) you'd think she'd show some concern about my questions regarding my teeth, (those two teeth) especially. She only scaled my teeth, and without novocaine,so I don't even know if she did the full procedure correctly. I found her to be rough, and in a hurry, and was not interested in welcoming a new patient. I found her insensitive, and when it was time to check out she was spending time with her daughter up front and not with another patient. So, if you are not into a dentist who is in a hurry, and doesn't listen to you, this dentist is not for you. I will never return here again.
