Had to change dentists
Went to Paul Hess for years and was happy at the practice then. My daughter needed a filling replaced and I was told Matt Hess couldn’t do it for 3 months. I questioned the dentist after he checked my teeth and he couldn’t even recall what was wrong with my daughter’s tooth after seeing one patient in between us. I questioned the 3 month timeframe and they made it sound like it was no big deal. He was too busy. I call the office a week or two later and the office was closed for most of the week. I took her to a new dentist that my friend recommended who considered the filling to be an emergency appointment and got in with them in 2 weeks. They said there was decay already. So glad I didn’t wait until January.
