I have been in dentistry 21 years. These comments are from a personal perspective with an educated background. This is my husbands new patient experience. My husband was seen for a crown that came off. The crown was intact and no tooth structure was missing or decayed. Instead of offering to re-cement said crown my husband was told he had to have a new crown. Against my better judgement I let it go and “assumed” he in fact needed a new one. Of course that appointment had to be scheduled fo
