Dr. Paul Galitsis, DMD

Dr. Galitsis has a great medical office. He is very knowledgeable, skilled, thorough, and caring. His staff are friendly, professional and very helpful. The office is technically advanced and kept very clean. So happy he was recommended to me, and I highly recommend this practice to others.

I appreciate the care and consideration I get from Dr. Galitsis and staff. The friendliest and sweetest dental staff ever! I’ve had some really bad experiences and felt at “the mercy” of other dentists in the past. Here, I am comfortable. I am a part of the decision making. He explains what he’s doing and why, is honest and most of all gentle. I don’t even feel the needle and since I have jaw issues he check in with me to be sure I’m ok and gives me breaks. I never feel rushed or ignored. That’s a big deal! It’s the nurturing aspect that allows me to trust him and relax in his care. He’s also referred me to specialist when needed who are skilled at what they do. One such specialist could tell he referred me because of how well something was done on a tooth he was working on. I am blessed to have Dr. Galitsis as my dentist. I know I’m getting the care I deserve.

Excellent experience! He is an amazing dentist. Dr. G is very thorough & very caring. He puts the patient first. On Thanksgiving day, I had an after hours dental emergency, Dr. G was there to help. The staff is awesome! The staff is very friendly, helpful, caring & professional.

Dr G is very conservative. Should you have issues starting, he will guide you towards the proper procedure. He will explain the procedures and outcome. He referrers to your xrays. He asks for orther dentists notes. Hes calm polite and gives you the information so you can make the decision to proceed or wait a bit.

Best dental office ever.

He is the BEST - and that’s coming from someone with dental phobia! Glad I finally found him!

Always have questions about the bill. When you call and ask for explanation they say they will review and call back,but they just resend the same bill one month later.. Only once or twice have they actually corrected an error. My advice is to look your bill over very carefully and be persistent until you get an answer. Super frustrating!

Dr. G and his staff are always professional, friendly and provide excellent service. Today was my first visit at their office since the pandemic. The office procedures as well as the cleanliness was above average. Thank you for everything you do to keep your patients safe.

Professional, thorough and super nice!

This was my first time back to see Dr. Galitsis since Covid hit. I have to say I felt extremely safe going in. They had me call before going in to make sure they were ready for me. When I went in, I wore my mask and was greeted at the door with hand sanitizer and a temp check. Then was brought back to the room for my cleaning. I was then able to take off my mask. In the room they had a air purifier and a special vacuum to suck up and aerosols created during the cleaning. All staff had disposable scrubs, masks, and face shields. I was offered moore hand sanitizer while there when it was time for x-rays. When I went to that area I had to wear my mask in the hallway. After xrays, I was again offered hand sanitizer. All in all a very sterile and clean environment. The staff there is always very friendly and accommodating. As far as going to the dentist goes, they are a very comforting place to go and I’ve never had a negative experience with them. Dr. Galitsis and his staff are the best!
