Dr. Randy Sandow, DDS

Husband went to Dr Sandow as new patient. Then scheduled for filling and partial filling. Estimate never provided verbally or written. He called me into procedure room and talked to me during my husband’s entire treatment, totally ignoring my husband. Upon checking out we were told our portion was $250. When we received EOB from insurance company, our portion was only $32. We called office and Dr Sandow himself returned call and stated he did not do insurance discounts or write offs as he would not make any money. We contacted insurance company and filed grievance as this is in violation of his county with insurance company. We just wonder how many patients pay the bill and never question it?

Dr. Sandow took the time to answer my questions over the phone outside of his work hours. He did a good job with treatment and his staff was very nice.

If I could leave 0 stars I would but I want to make sure this is seen publicly. Absolute DO NOT go to this dentist unless you want to be chastised & have 1000s of dollars to give. He only cares about money, discusses nothing but money up front & HUGE RED FLAG He wants you to pay UP FRONT & then he'll bill the insurance "later". I will say that his staff is very very kind, but he is a piece of work and is currently holding my x rays hostage & won't release them to a new dentist I'm seeing until he gets paid by the insurance. BEWARE do not go here.

Amazing personality, treats you like a friend, really cares!

Disappointed with Dr. Sandow and his lack of professionalism. I scheduled a new patient appointment for my husband and my son for 7/30/18. The Dr. immediately asked why we left our old Dentist. When he told him our dental insurance changed, that response wasn’t good enough. He was condescending and didn’t treat my husband with respect. He ended up leaving without getting his teeth cleaned. We are from Dr Lowitz on Winton and we are not used to this type of office. Unfortunate.

Recommend Dr. Sandow.

Great dentist!

I have gone to Dr.Sandow for many years now. He has done fillings and the occasional big job as I take good care of my teeth. Last month I needed a crown. I was nervous and I knew crowns were very costly. Randy did a great crown and was very gentle because I was scared. He even gave me a great deal so I got my money's worth. Definitely recommend Dr.Sandow especially if you can't afford big jobs on your teeth and/or are scared.

Greatest dentist around! Dr.Sandow and his staff are very kind and I have never seen such a clean office. Randy has brand new floors and window blinds. Dr.Sandow treats his patients like family and he truely cares for you. Definitely recommend Dr.Sandow.

Love Randy. I cannot recommend this dentist enough. Ever since I was young I was afraid until I finally went. Randy made me feel comfortable and like I was safe and he is very gentle and hardworking. My teeth look and feel great! Thanks Dr.Sandow and staff.

Love this guy!! Really a great guy and very understanding. Gets to the point and doesn't tip toe around people.
