Dr. Roberto Russo, DDS

I love Dr. Russo. He is an excellent dentist. I can’t trust anyone on my teeth but him. He is such an amazing dentist. The manger Cathy and the two front ladies at the desk, Dawn and Darlene, are so welcoming and are just so sweet. They always make me laugh and calm me down. The office is also beautiful and is always clean. I highly recommend Dr Russo. He is the best dentist I have ever had.

I've had a horrible experience with DR. Russo. He has done major restorative work on my teeth, (root-canals, crowns, implants). Unfortunately all of it unsuccessful. In a matter of 2 years, he ended up fracturing two of my teeth, a failed 4 unit bridge, a horrible looking over-sized crown, a single porcelain crown that started braking on first year, and many more stupid things that I can't count. Treatment and office experience reviews aside, check, double check, triple check your bills and statements from R&S Dental vs. your health insurance company EOBs! R&S will overcharge you and deny any errors on their part but not be able to explain where the charges are coming from. I was overcharged for a series of fillings and spent 3 months disputing it (along with the help of my insurance company, who was on my side) before I filed a formal grievance. Beware!
