Dr. Shannon Martin, DDS

I highly recommend Dr. Martin. My husband and I have been going to her for five years, and now she even sees my parents. My appointment with her today was for a permanent filling. I was in and out in less than an hour. She is friendly and efficient - what more do you need? The staff, hygienists, and techs have always been nice and do their jobs well.

Dr. Shannon Martin has been my dentist for almost 30 years. She has been an amazing, competent, professional that truly cares about her clients and her staff. She is also a wonderful person!

First visit today, I’m a person who doesn’t like going to the dentist but was made to feel very relaxed and comfortable. My dental hygienist Nicole was thoughtful and kind, she took her time with my cleaning. I think I’ve finally found a dental practice that I will stick with. Thanks Nicole and Dr Martin.

Dr Martin, Hygenists and Dental Assistants are great. The (2) women on the front desk are little to be desired. Untrustworthy, unreliable and don't follow what the Dentist says. They don't remember half the conversations they have. The only time they make a note is when 'you' cancel an appt. You are just a Bill and a payment to them.

I visited Dr. Martin's office over a year ago for some emergency work - my NC dentist was too far away. Today I signed up as a regular patient and had a long-overdue checkup and cleaning. Trish did an exceptional job - from XRays of each tooth, to grinding away more than a year's worth of plaque. She tactfully reminded me of some of the daily cleaning routines that I had let slide. Dr. Martin is the best dentist I’ve ever had. She has been my dentist for 5 years. Excellent examinations and very gentle while working on my teeth. Nicole cleans my teeth and does a amazing job to make my teeth look great. The staff is very warm and friendly. The office and exam room is clean. I would highly recommend Dr. Martin and her staff to everyone.

Never had a bad experience. Great staff. This was my choice for a Dr as an adult and I am so glad I made such an amazing choice. Friendly and keep you informed of what's going on. Couldn't ask for a better doctor and staff.

Dr. Martin and her entire staff have been exceptional during the three visits I have had. Polite, professional, and gentle, to add to their experience. I have transferred my wife and two daughters to her care as well after my initial and subsequent visits. I have seen more than two dozen Dentists in my 46 years and Dr. Martin and staff are among the best I have had the pleasure of seeing.

Very impatient with children and teens especially those who can be nervous. Would not recommend. Also claimed I had 3 cavities, got a second opinion and in reality had none. Scam

I have been seeing Dr. Martin since 14' and have never had any problems there. The staff is very friendly and my insurance estimates are accurate more often than not, better than I can say for my previous dentists. As a military family we value good quality care and estimates being as accurate as possible as we're far from rich. We move often and will greatly miss Dr. Martin's office and her staff when we leave. Keep up the good work and integrity!

Extremely expensive!

This office is negligent in providing their patients with proper estimates for dental services rendered.

At best, my family was overcharged for services performed. At worst, I was misled into thinking that my dental insurance covered more then it did and was not informed about the consequences of having services performed.
