Dr. Baker provided excellent feedback and made me feel valued as a patient I have struggled for many years and have never found anyone to take my concerns to heart I wish I had gone to Dr. Baker years ago. I got less than 15 seconds of explanation for the procedure the doctor suggested and after he left they sent someone in asking me to sign a consent form asking me to acknowledge that the doctor had explained the procedure thoroughly Including all the side effects and risk. He barely spent any time explaining anything. I refused to sign the consent form until someone gave me an explanation. So I waited even longer and finally the doctor came In rushed again seeming agitated and told me "What's up?" When I expressed my concern that I don't even know what is going to happen he quickly brushed me off and handed me to his assistant and left the room.

The doctor had not reveiwed my patient information/chart before entering the exam room. Could not recall where or what kind of fracture I had sustained and choose a "tougher" delivery for follow-up care. This may have been acceptable had more details been discussed at previous appointments but follow-up option came as an upsetting surprise. Because of this, the care felt very generic and unconcerned.
