Office staff is great, but Dr. Buxton is rarely present and never explains anything when he is there. He seems nice enough, but if you disagree with him he has a condescending attitude. I was surprised at a follow up visit to find that what I thought would be one procedure was going to be multiple procedures with another follow up. This should have been explained fully the first time.
