I initially had a good experience with this company about two years ago for a root canal. Unfortunately the dentist that put the permanent cap on it took too long and the root canal failed. I was sent back to Valley Endo to have the tooth retreated. Unfortunately it was not able to be fixed and the Doctor deemed it needed to be extracted. After following up with my regular dentist, they called and left a message saying they misunderstood me and that my tooth had been given a root canal. I called my dentist to let them know that the root canal was in fact done there at Valley Endo two years prior. My dentist let me know Valley Endo had included photos of the before and after of the tooth, showing they had done a root canal on my last visit (they had not). My dentist then looked at my original referral from November, realizing that in fact the root canal had already been done and was being misrepresented in the report to my dentist by Valley Endo.I called Valley Endo twice with no answe

Dr. Brar is very informative and takes the time to explain the procedures that need to be done and which one would be more cost effective to you as an individual.
