Things went well at first, but once COVID hit, the office took zero precautions. After the mask mandate in ada course ty went into effect, the office didn’t abide by it. My requests for people to wear masks were met with disdain. A phone call and several emails requesting precautions to be observed went completely unanswered. For a profession where their staff are constantly right up in people’s mouths, you would think they would care about a pandemic. Guess science and the health is their patients isn’t too important to them.

Dr. Pilling does excellent work! I have had several dentists (4) try to do my vaneers the shape and color I wanted and he is the first one to get it! I have felt more like smiling! His staff is awesome, too. I have always felt welcomed and cared about over the 3 years I have gone. They were also very good and understanding with my mom when I took her there. She has dementia and they were wonderful with her. Even though I have moved from Meridian to Boise, Dr. Pilling is worth the drive.

I have been coming to Dr Pilling for 5 years and have been extremely happy with the quality of care and attention to detail. The staff are friendly and sensitive to the needs of patients. I was most impressed with the beautiful same day Crowns. Not many dentists can fabricate their own crowns. This sealed the deal for me. -- Tom Magnuson, Eagle ID.
