Knowledgeable Dentist
Dr. Kearney was great. He gave me a good direction on a Dental plan for me. His office staff was awesome. They helped me with my issue that needed another dentist to handle . The office staff was great. They contacted the other doctor office and called to get me an appointment. They also gave me a few more referrals to other local dentist. The office was staff was helpful, friendly and I would definitely recommend using this doctor. Office was very clean.

Dr. Kearney performed a root canal for my tooth (# 29). His office staff and assistants were knowledgeable and very friendly. I recommended him to my co-workers.

****NO STARS***** The level of blatant insulting behavior by the staff is unacceptable! Carol Ann has no business working directly with other humans. I did not speak directly to any other staff, but keep this in mind, she held conversations with all of them and not one questioned her on her behavior or tone. She literally sat in front of us talking about how "stupid" we both were and we didn't know what was going on. When confronted she acknowledged that is exactly what she said and was completely unapologetic! She also stated that everyone in our dentists office was also stupid. Apparently the word stupid is her favorite adjective. Wages were lost repeatedly for scheduled appointments that, upon arrival, were not completed for false reasons. I do not know how this place is in business with staff like this! Please beware! I can promise you that we are not the first patients to be treated like this and we definitely will not be the last!

Dr. Kearney didn't care about my discomfort, no compassion, heavy handed, not focused. This guy more suited for 18 wheeler!

Had a root canal done. Staff was excellent and he was very reassuring, explaining what he was doing. Took just over an hour. Will complete the process in a week.

This "Dr." has a serious ego problem, if you complain, or are in discomfort during a procedure, he will dismiss you as a patient forthwith, as he did me. He has forgotten that the patients pay his bills, and he is their servant, not the other way around. Terrible experience there.
