Dr. Hsiao, and his medical and admin staff are great. Everyone is friendly. The admin staff is super efficient. and handles insurance matters seamlessly. The dental assistants are welcoming and friendly.
Dr. Hsiao is just a superb dentist. He combines technical expertise with empathy with artistry. He does not rush things. He will keep working until things are perfect. He is an artist.
I do not like pain. Dr. Hsiao's method of Novocaine administration minimizes discomfort.
Superb Dentist.

Dr. Hsiao is knowledgeable, very professional and always available for his patients, especially if you have an emergency. He explains all procedures and the quality of his work (as well as that of his staff) is unparalleled. I am extremely grateful to have someone of his caliber for my dentist.
